KELE OKEREKE-THE BOXER

Being that Bloc Party is one of my favorite bands ever (I seriously listen to them too much), the release of lead singer Kele Okereke's solo album had peaked my interest from the initial leak of the single "Tenderoni". After a few listens to the single I was a bit skeptical though, and thought I might be in for a huge departure from what I really loved about Bloc Party and his amazing vocals.  I got the album last night, (courtesy of Chris and Cheryl) and my first listen has me completely hooked.  This album has seriously outweighed my expectations and made me even more of a fan.  Check him out, and get THE BOXER.
